One Fish, Two Fish demonstrates one of the little-known benefits of writing. Divorce is disruptive and expensive. Marriage counseling takes way too long and does not guarantee results. Murder produces less than satisfactory results, unless you like solitary confinment. Fictional murder requires less effort and planning, and is almost as satisfying as the real thing.
